Owner/Operator 1984 to 2001. 
Serve as Equipment & Training Consultant for drilling industry. Specialize in aiding companies interested in Acquiring Drilling Equipment on procuring necessary equipment and training personnel on how to operate, maintain & safely operate equipment. Drilling Superintendent 1982 to 1984 
Resource Drilling Oklahoma City, OK 
Supervised 8 drilling rigs operating in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma ranging in size from 800 to 3,000 horsepower and were servicing independent oil companies on a turn key, footage and day work basis. Handled budgeting, operations and management of up to 300 employees as well as total operation of equipment.

Initially hired as a floor hand with ultimate promotion to Drilling Superintendent in 1980. Supervised five drilling rigs (ranging in size from 800 to 3,000 horsepower) operating in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma. Involved in operations for both independent and major oil companies. Handled budgeting, operations and management of employees as well as total operation of equipment.
