200SM1000 Skid-mounted Mud System providing the following:

Three (3) compartment (Sand/Silt & Clean Mud) tank, 8'X 4.5'X 32' with 8600 gallon capacity.
Constructed of 3/16" tank crimped sides with a ¼" floor with a 4" square tubing frame mounted on a three runner 8" I-Beam skid. Total length including mud porch
is 8.5' W X 10' H X 42' L.
Three (3) 3-Panel Linear Shale Shakers with a screw jack on each of the front legs: two (2) shale shakers to scalp cuttings and one (1) shale shaker with two
Hydro-Cyclone cones for de-sanding/de-silting mounted over the shaker. All shakers have adjustable beds to increase or decrease retention time.
One (1) 5" X 6" Magnum Style centrifugal pump with mechanical packing and 60 HP TEFC electric motor (safety guard included) to run Hydro-Cyclones.
Two (2) 4" X 5" Magnum Style centrifugal pumps with mechanical packing and 40 HP TEFC electric motors (safety guards included): one pump to mix and stir mud,
one pump to charge mud pump.
Two (2) Pump Porches: one (1) on back of tank for one (1) 5" X 6" pump to be mounted across tank and one (1) large porch on front of tank for two (2) centrifugal
pumps to be mounted.
Two (2) 10" Krebs Super Hydro-Cyclones mounted over one (1) 3-panel linear shale shaker. Each Krebs cone is rated to 400 GPM and gives a cut of less than 25
Microns. These cones will be able to maintain solids at less than one percent with a trace of sand content.
One (1) 4" high volume shearing bentonite hopper.
One (1) 10 jet sub-surface stirring line with 6 jets in clean pit and 4 in silt/sand pit.
One (1) fresh water high pressure wash-down pump system consisting of a 1500 PSI 3 GPM car wash style pump powered by a 3 HP TEFC electric motor. Unit will be
plumbed to wand in two locations on front and back of tank and will have a plastic 100 gallon fresh water tank.
Electrical Distribution Panel with lights and 110 AC step-down transformer.
One (1) 50' Umbilical Cord rated to 400 Amps.
Unit is sand blasted, primed and painted with customers preferred colors with a zinc-based offshore grade paint.
Shale Shakers sprayed with a poly-urea coating giving an 800% flexible, non-destructive coating.
Walk ways & Hand Rails installed.
